Condo Details: The Sunnyside Condo is located at 7307 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

It is a two story townhouse situated on top of a one story parking area. There are stairs and elevator available. The condo has one assigned parking spot (open air) and a visitor parking area.

Estero Blvd. is the main road that runs the length of Fort Myers Beach. The beautiful ocean is on one side of Estero, and The Sunnyside is on the opposite. It is literally steps from the sand. The condo also has a big section of windows looking out over Estero and has some glimpses of the water as well as a screened in lanai. The Sunnyside has a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, two upstairs bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a bonus half bath on the main floor with a washer and dryer. On the ground level there is a storage area full of all of your pool and beach needs. Between all of us, we have stayed in a lot of vacation spots...we are working to make this condo the best of each place we have visited all wrapped up in one address! You will find an amazing heated pool in our complex, a patio area with grills, a marina next door with rentals, a shopping plaza and eateries, as well as CVS and 7Eleven all within a very short walking distance. Lover's Key (our favorite state park) entrance and its amazing beach is a mile away. The channels wind around our complex and the bay is steps away as well.
